I have read and accept the Privacy Policy (*).

In order to comply with the provisions of the RGPD and with the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you that the personal data provided in Annex 1 of this agreement will be registered in the file of the holder Raquel Trocho Nuño, provided with D.N.I. 44012152L and address at Calle Montornés 5, Bajos 1, 08023 Barcelona under the brand Letroch, for the purpose of complying with this agreement.
By signing this agreement, the Model gives express consent to Letroch, as data controller, to process her personal data, and to transfer the information to third parties (recipients) for the advertising purposes mentioned in this agreement.
The Model is informed that she may exercise her rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability and limitation of the processing of her data by sending an e-mail to info@letroch.com, accompanied by a copy of her ID card duly proving her identity. In any situation and in the absence of information or the possibility of exercising your rights, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
