Le Troch Management is a model agency based in Barcelona and Madrid, specializing in talent representation, model development, and production for both national and international markets.

Founded by Raquel Troch, a professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry, the agency was established in 2021 with a clear vision: to offer a boutique, close, and highly specialized service.

Our philosophy, “We Found Beauty”, focuses on discovering and developing new faces, both locally and internationally, adapting to the specific needs of each client. We work closely with our models, guiding them throughout their careers and enhancing their unique identity.

We have built a strong international network, allowing us to offer global opportunities and collaborate with leading clients in the Spanish market.

We are proud to represent 90s top model Madeleine Hjort, who has worked with brands such as Helmut Lang, Jill Stuart, Mango, Giorgio Armani, and Valentino.
Additionally, in 2026, our model Narcília has been recognized by LE BOOK as an emerging talent.

Le Troch Management is also the first model agency in Spain to introduce hyper-realistic digital models (Digital Twins), created through artificial intelligence based on real models, always with their consent and ensuring full protection of their image rights.
